About the imperfections

Small marks from the glassmaking process: glass canes a little too close together or too narrow, tiny air bubbles, slight irregularities in the pattern. They’re part of mouth-blown glass, but they don’t meet our standard for the main collection.

Our quality check is strict: we set aside any piece that isn’t exactly as designed, even when the difference is minimal. These are light rejects from that process. Rather than wasting them, we offer them here, describing every detail.

Most are only noticeable up close, and many disappear once the lamp is on. Each product page shows the flaw in detailed photos and tells you exactly where it is.
