We are designers & glassmakers from Murano, Venice—and we
Since 1295, we have been doing one thing brilliantly: blowing glass on the magical island of Murano! That’s a lot of generations, and frankly, a whole heap of dazzling history. We’re not just making beautiful objects;
With 1295 Murano, we’re taking the cherished, spectacular techniques of the past and giving them a very contemporary glow-up. The result? Unique, unforgettable design pieces born to make your interior spaces truly special.
At 1295 Murano, we create glass because it is part of who we are. Our studio, a family business, was founded in 2010, but our parents and relatives have worked in the furnaces for generations, passing down not just a craft, but a culture. From the beginning, we worked on private commissions and created unique pieces without presenting ourselves as a brand, guided only by our love for Murano glass and the desire to communicate through it.
In 2019, we introduced our first collections inspired by modern design, blending contemporary aesthetics with ancestral techniques.
Today, we have chosen to bring 1295 Murano online, sharing our heritage with a wider audience. Our goal is simple: to infuse people’s homes with objects that carry soul, authenticity, and the living spirit of our island’s tradition.

Precious details which makes
We believe homes should reflect the people who live in them—layered, curious, a little unexpected and unique as every Murano glass creations. That’s why we craft lamps, home decor objects, vases and much more with our handmade venetian glass.
Glass That Doesn’t Just Shine...It Tells a Story
Our Murano glass owes its exceptional quality to an ancient artisanal technique, renewed through innovation yet faithful to its handmade origins. The process begins as selected raw materials undergo a modern evolution of traditional thermal fusion, transforming under intense heat into a molten, luminous glass ready for shaping.
At this incandescent stage, our Master Glassmakers bring centuries of knowledge to their craft. With only essential tools and precise breathing and shaping techniques, they sculpt each piece freehand, creating the flowing colors and refined geometries that define our work.
Because every object is shaped manually, no two pieces are ever identical. Subtle variations in form and hue turn what could be uniform into individual works of art. This commitment to authenticity and uniqueness lies at the heart of 1295 Murano, where heritage and innovation meet in every creation.
