Your order is dispatched within 1–2 business days. As soon as your parcel is handed to the courier you will receive a tracking link so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Delivery times vary depending on your location, but we ship with leading international couriers — UPS, FedEx, DHL or TNT — to ensure your lamp arrives safely and as quickly as possible.
We offer free insured shipping to Italy, the EU, USA, UK and Canada, with duties and import taxes included. Your lamp is hand-packed by us in shock-resistant packaging to make sure it arrives in perfect condition.

Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects for 24 Months.
The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 2 months of noticing any defects.

It's very unlikely and rare. Murano glass is made by hand, and it travels the same way: every lamp is hand-packed by us in shock-resistant packaging built for glass, and each parcel is checked before it goes out. Of course, if it does happen, let us know as soon as possible and we'll arrange a replacement or a refund.
