Shipping & Delivery

    • Available now products with "Buy It Now" : Ready to ship in 2–5 business days

    • Products with "Reserve It Now": Ready to ship in 15 or 30 days, depending on the product (see exact delivery time below the button)

    We offer Free shipping & within Europe, the UK and Switzerland. For all other destinations, please contact us.

    All orders include insured shipping and shock-resistant packaging.

    We ship with leading international couriers: UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT and, for selected areas, Poste Italiane / EMS.

    Timelines may vary due to couriers, customs, holidays, weather or external factors.

    (For non-EU orders, customs duties and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.)

  • Import duties, taxes, and fees for orders shipped to extra-EU countries are the responsibility of the customer.


    It's easy, you don’t need to do anything upfront. Once your order arrives, the courier appointed by customs will contact you directly and handle all the formalities. You will only need to pay any import taxes and duties.

    If you want an estimate of these charges, before ordering, please contact your local customs office for more information.

    You should communicate to them the HS code of the product you want to order.

    • Glassware (glasses): HS Code 7013.99 (glass tableware)

  • Yes, we offer FREE SHIPPING!

  • Yes, but for the moment we ship just in Europe, UK and Switzerland. For extra UE orders, customs fees may apply depending on your country and are on customer responsibility.

Warranty & Repair

  • All our products are subject to quality control.

    Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects for 24 Months.

    The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 2 months of noticing any defects.

    It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.

    Returns & Refunds

    • Yes, we offer full and partial refunds.

    • A refund request can be submitted within a month after the purchase is made.

    • In the case when theproduct and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you areeligiblefor a full refund.

      In the case whenthe packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you areeligiblefor a partial refund.

      In the case when aproduct has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you arenot eligiblefor a refund.

    • When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.
