It's very rare. Murano glass is made by hand, and it travels the same way: every lamp is packed by hand in shock-proof packaging designed for glass, and every parcel is checked before it leaves. If your lamp ever arrives damaged, let us know as soon as possible and we'll arrange a replacement or a refund. Since outlet pieces are one of a kind and can’t be directly replaced, we’ll issue a full refund or find a solution together.

Yes! The pendant comes ready to install with an adjustable cable (up to 140 cm) and ceiling rose. Most people fit it themselves in minutes with our step-by-step installation guide. If you're not comfortable with wiring, any electrician can do it quickly.

Yes, you have 14 days from delivery to return it for a full refund, as with all our products. The declared imperfection can’t be a reason for complaint, as it’s shown and described before purchase, and if you're not completely satisfied, we'll refund the full amount. Yes. Our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 24 months. The warranty covers any manufacturing, design or material defect; just let us know within 2 months of noticing it. It doesn't cover knocks, improper use or other damage not caused by a manufacturing defect.

The bulb isn't included, but the lamp takes a standard E27 bulb that you can find in any shop. We recommend a warm-white LED bulb (2700K) to bring out the colours of the glass.

Yes. Our lamps are wired with certified European components and work perfectly outside Europe too. Every lamp is shipped with the correct plug for your country, so it's ready to use as soon as it arrives. Just use a bulb suited to your local voltage (for example, a 120V LED bulb in the USA and Canada).

Yes. Every lamp is wired with CE-certified components that meet strict European safety standards, and each piece is checked by hand before it leaves our workshop.

Absolutely. Add a note at checkout with your personal message, and we'll include a dedication in the package. On selected pieces, we can also engrave a name or a short message directly on the glass. Just contact us with your order number and we'll take care of the rest.

Your lamp needs very little care. Just dust it with a soft, dry cloth. For a deeper clean, switch off the lamp, let it cool down, and wipe it with a cloth slightly dampened with lukewarm water. Avoid abrasive products and harsh detergents.

Sure! Many of our clients choose our lamps specifically for their bathroom. They look beautiful above a sink or a freestanding bathtub. Just place the lamp away from direct water, not inside the shower area or directly above the tub where it could get splashed. Not sure about your space?
